New Hampshire Court Records

This New Hampshire Court Records website is designed to provide an understanding of public court records as well as the state’s unified court system. It also provides information on the state's established hierarchical judicial structure, starting from the Supreme court, which serves as primary trial courts, to the superior court and district court.

In compliance with New Hampshire’s Right to Know Policy, which establishes the right of every citizen to obtain, examine, and search for public record, each of these courts provides access to a variety of records, including court proceedings and court decrees. The goal of this website is to ensure all members of the general public can use their right to access state public records—as permitted by law.

The records provided on this website include transparent public records, including criminal court records and civil court records, gathered from many of the courts across different counties in the State of New Hampshire, though results may vary. This website also features a search function to aid users in locating information.
